We are heading back to Bamako this January!

January is such a perfect time to visit Bamako.... the days are warm, the evenings are cool, and the music is hot! 

Sidy is hosting a 16 day trip to his hometown of Bamako, Mali in West Africa.  Participants will experience the beauty and culture of Mali.   While there we will have the opportunity to study with some of Mali's master musicians and dancers, eat the local foods, experience the nightlife and even take a trip out of the city to check out village life in West Africa. 

We will be staying in a great residential neighborhood in the heart of Bamako, with access to cultural events, museums and shopping.

Dates:  1/10/12 through 1/27/12

Cost:  $1500 for room, board and daily dance and music classes.  Includes local transportation.

Airfare, side trips and nightclubs are extra.
