This special program features acclaimed Malian percussionist Sidy Maïga and his ensemble, Afrimanding, as they take you on a journey through the rich traditions of West African drumming and the vibrant global rhythms it inspires.

Sidy Maïga, celebrated for his ability to bring people together through the universal language of rhythm, blends traditional Malian music with influences from Latin, blues, and Brazilian styles. This is more than a performance—it’s a celebration of community, storytelling, and the joy of music.
